Developed by Morgan’s Hotel Group and built in 2007, Mondrian is located in South Beach, directly on Biscayne Bay, and includes 342 units that range in size from 547 to 1,177 square feet. This is the first condo-hotel property for the group, which also owns the Delano Hotel, Morgan’s Hotel, Royalton and Sanderson, among many others. Amenities at this luxurious condo are plentiful and include a spa with wet and dry treatment rooms, a 24-hour fully-equipped fitness facility, bayside bar and grill with service by the pool which also features private cabanas, recreational water sports such as kayaking and jet skiing, a 40-boat slip marina with private dock master and sand barge, and a private rooftop and garden, among others. The oversized studios, one and two bedroom condos and the penthouses were designed by Marcel Wanders, who was named International Designer of the Year in 2006 by Elle Décor. Renters can enjoy fully furnished and they include television, lighting, window treatments and even the sheets and towels. Each unit comes complete with wide wood flooring, hurricane impact windows, and custom designed kitchens with built-in stainless steel appliances and luxurious baths. Every residence enjoys magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
